Is Coaching Right for You?
Who can benefit from coaching? If you are working through the eight-phase training or just have some general questions regarding pelvic floor dysfunction, then the video coaching could be helpful for you.
The purpose of coaching is to provide guidance on pelvic floor exercises, breathing, movement, relaxation and mind/meditation exercises that can help you on your journey to overcome the condition.
1:1 Coaching is either a one hour deep-dive or a short twenty minute session. The deep dive is recommended for your first session and the shorter session is ideal for weekly follow ups or single questions.
Small group coaching sessions are 60 minutes in duration with a maximum of 4 participants on each call.
