Who can benefit from coaching? If you are working through the eight-phase training or just have some general questions regarding pelvic floor dysfunction, then the video coaching could be helpful for you.
The purpose of coaching is to provide guidance on pelvic floor exercises, breathing, movement, relaxation and mind/meditation exercises that can help you on your journey to overcome the condition.
This 1:1 Coaching offering is a twenty minute session that is ideal if you just have one or two questions or as a weekly follow-up call if you are using coaching to help you stay accountable throughout your eight-phase training.
