Is Coaching Right for You?
Who can benefit from coaching? If you are working through the eight-phase training or just have some general questions regarding pelvic floor dysfunction, then the video coaching could be helpful for you.
The purpose of coaching is to provide guidance on pelvic floor exercises, breathing, movement, relaxation and mind/meditation exercises that can help you on your journey to overcome the condition.
Small group coaching sessions are 60 minutes in duration with a maximum of 4 participants on each call. It's best to send your question before the call to ensure we can be time efficient.
